Lesson 3824

 (Lesson 3824)(07-08-22) Galatians 3:10-12

    “For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.”

    Today’s quote clearly tells us that those who, like so many today, choose to live by the laws of the Jews are bound to obey every tiny element of them, having NO blanket forgiveness for the original sin.

    As was verified many times in the New Testament, the laws of the Jews are the very creation of sin. 

    Although, even today, if one could live by those old laws, that one would indeed inherit eternal life; However, it is impossible to live by those laws because we are ALL concieved in a sin for which there is NO forgiveness except by FAITH in the blood of Jesus Christ.

    Paul said, speaking to those of us who have be reborn in the spirit, “Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become DEAD TO THE LAW BY THE BODY OF CHRIST; that ye should be married to another, even to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.”~
