    “ But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”

    Today’s quote is one of the most meaningful, that can be found in the Bible, to those of us who have accepted Christ as our redeemer and mediator before God.

    It also is one of the greatest promises to those who have not yet believed. It is also worthy of note that there are no rituals to perform or hoops to jump through to gain eternal assurance of salvation. One must simply “believe on his name”.~
