(Lesson 3303)(01-18-21) Mark 9:41-42
“For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward. And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.”
Today’s quote tells us that even though one might not have been born again through faith in Jesus Christ, if that one, in any way, supports the ministry of Christ, he/she will receive a blessing for his/her actions.
The quote also tells us that we are to faithfully invite and accept the spiritual testimony of a child who believes in Jesus, just as if we would for an adult. The kingdom of God is open to all those who will believe in Jesus Christ, no matter their heritage or age.~
