(Lesson 341)(07-21-12) Acts 2:43-47, "And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. And all that believed were together, and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need. And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved."

This Lesson demonstrates the accomplishments of the Apostles after the Holy Ghost came to them.
It further demonstrates the common purpose of those disciples as they continued in the service of the gospel of Jesus. They were preaching that gospel and leading more and more of their people to salvation and Christianity.
That same Holy Ghost, and its power, dwells right here, today, with those of us who do not rely on our own actions but put our total faith in that sacrifice made by Jesus Christ, on our behalf.~~
