Lesson 2948

Lesson (2948)(01-25-20)3 Philippians 4:1-2
“Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved. I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.”

In today’s lesson Paul admonished Euodias and Syntyche to resolve their differences in respect to the gospel of Christ.
Sadly, dissension among those who profess themselves to be followers of Jesus Christ is very common, even today. That dissension is one of the greatest stumbling blocks that stands between eternal salvation and eternal damnation for many.
There are far to many, so-called, Christians today who distort the true doctrine of Jesus Christ shaping it to fit their own agendas of greed and power.Thank God the very real and true gospel of Christ is still available to those of us who choose to find it.
It behooves us ALL to resolve those differences and come together in truth for the honor and glory of God.~
