Lesson 4918

 (Lesson 4918) (07-19-25) 2nd Thessalonians 1:11-12 

   “Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power: That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.” 

 

    In today’s quote, Paul prayed that God would count the children of God at Thessalonica worthy of their calling, fulfilling all good works of faith with His power. His desire was that the name of Jesus Christ would be glorified in them, and they in Him, according to the grace of God and the Lord Jesus Christ. ~
