“Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!”
In today’s quote, Jesus warned His disciples of attempted *“offences” (Stumbling blocks, or entrapments) that are sure to come. Jesus knew that His followers would come into all kinds of danger and would be tricked and humiliated as they advanced His message and cause.~
