(Lesson 3263)(12-09-20) Mark 2:13-14
“And he went forth again by the sea side; and all the multitude resorted unto him, and he taught them. And as he passed by, he saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the receipt of custom, and said unto him, Follow me. And he arose and followed him.”
Today’s lesson tells us that as Jesus continued to travel and teach of the coming of the kingdom of God, He selected Levi as another one of His apostles. Levi was a confusing, choice to some of the Jews, because he was a tax collector and therefore disliked by almost everyone.~
